Every job carries a 12 month workmanship guarantee, and the balance is only paid once we have walked round the finished work with you. £5m public liability cover with Markel, employers’ liability on top, CSCS carded and DBS checked.

Before you ask
How quickly will you come back to me?
Within one working day. If you send something at the weekend, you will hear from us on the next working day.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. We come and look, then send a written price with the scope spelled out. There is no obligation.
Is my job too small?
No. Alex takes on big jobs and small ones, and everything in between.
Will I have to find the other trades myself?
No. Alex does the plumbing and groundworks himself and brings in a qualified electrician, plasterer and tiler when a job needs them. You deal with one person from start to finish.
What if I need to cancel after paying a deposit?
Your deposit is part of the total price and is not automatically non-refundable. Where the law gives you a cooling-off period, for example when the job was agreed at your home, you get the cancellation information and form with your quote, and your statutory rights come first. Outside that, only reasonable, evidenced costs are deducted, such as work already done or materials ordered for your job that cannot be returned, and you get an itemised statement and any balance back promptly.
